Drop in a property ID, meeting notes, goals or an IFC file. Agents pull in zoning, property and ground data, and flag what might be missing.

Agents turn your goals and early architect input into a model, with volumes, CO₂ and cost for each option. One universal model from project start to design delivery.

Calculations run on deterministic tools from your verified organisation library. Same input, same answer. Anything missing gets built. Anything that fails or needs judgement is flagged for an engineer.

People decide, resolve exceptions and edge cases, and sign. Architects and engineers step in only where a person is needed. Verified means signed by a named professional.
